Hi, I’m Maryssa – a licensed esthetician, wax specialist, and founder of MP Esthetics. My passion for skincare runs deep, rooted in my own journey with PCOS and the struggles I faced with my skin growing up. I know firsthand how much our skin can affect our confidence, and I’ve made it my mission to help others feel empowered, beautiful, and comfortable in their own skin. At MP Esthetics, I specialize in results-driven treatments with a strong focus on body positivity and full inclusivity. Whether you’re here for a relaxing facial, a customized skincare plan, or expert waxing services, you’ll always be met with compassion, care, and zero judgment. My treatment room is a safe space for every body and every skin type. When I’m not in the studio, I’m creating content to educate and uplift, building a beauty supply dream, or working side by side with my best friend and business partner to grow our skincare line. CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This retainer will be applied toward your service total. Appointments without a paid retainer are not guaranteed and may be canceled or released at any time without notice. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. This is based on the appointment DATE, not the appointment time. • The cancellation cutoff is 8:00 AM the day prior to your scheduled appointment date, regardless of your scheduled appointment time. • Any cancellation, reschedule, or modification made after 8:00 AM the day prior will be considered late and will result in forfeiture of your retainer. Example: If your appointment is on Friday at any time, the cancellation deadline is Thursday at 8:00 AM. Clients are allowed one (1) retainer transfer when rescheduling with proper notice. After one transfer has been used, the retainer will be forfeited for any future cancellations or reschedules, regardless of notice. Same-day cancellations, same-day reschedules, failure to arrive, or arriving too late to be serviced will be considered a NO CALL / NO SHOW. No call/no shows will result in forfeiture of the retainer and will require 100% of the service total paid upfront to book any future appointments. A 10-minute grace period is provided. • After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled at the provider’s discretion and your retainer will be forfeited. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service while the full service price still applies. Deposits/retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to: schedule conflicts, transportation issues, illness, emergencies, or personal reasons. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule prior to the 24-hour cutoff to avoid forfeiting your retainer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or if the service is outside of our professional scope. All services are final. No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed. All product sales are final. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
